1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoxClone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoxClone provides artificial intelligence-powered text-to-speech and voice cloning services. Users may generate synthetic speech and create digital replicas of human voices ("AI Voices") using uploaded audio samples.

3. Voice Cloning & Consent Requirements

You MUST have explicit, informed, and verifiable consent from any individual whose voice you clone.

• You represent and warrant that all audio uploaded for voice cloning was recorded with full knowledge and consent of the speaker.
• Commercial use of a cloned voice requires written permission from the original speaker.
• Uploading voices of celebrities, public figures, minors, or deceased persons without legal authority is strictly prohibited.
• Impersonation, deepfakes for deception, fraud, defamation, or non-consensual intimate content violates these Terms and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use VoxClone for:

• Illegal activities, fraud, or scams
• Creating non-consensual synthetic media ("deepfakes")
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Political disinformation or election interference
• Generating content that violates third-party rights (copyright, personality rights, publicity rights)

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of your uploaded audio and generated output. However, by using the Service, you grant VoxClone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms — especially regarding consent, ethics, or prohibited uses.

7. Limitation of Liability

VoxClone is not liable for misuse of generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use AI Voices created on our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
